Payments are made in- person after service is provided using cash, debit or credit card.

All appointments will be confirmed the day before.

Note: There is a $5 extra fee for each additional kit and $5 for each additional specimen drop off location.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Please be mindful that we do our absolute best to accommodate and schedule each patient accordingly based on their earliest availability. Therefore, any Mobile appointment that is canceled the same day of service will result in an additional $10 fee upon rescheduling.

On the Road Labs - We Will Come to Your Office/Practice

If you have any patients in your office/practice who needs bloodwork and are a hard stick, we will come to your office/practice and collect it for you at a lesser charge.
