 Patients must bring the lab requisition order form or the lab 

orders can be faxed to our office at 228-206-4109 from the ordering physician office in order for patient labs to be drawn.

If you need labs drawn for your ordering physician and we are not in network with the insurance company above, there would be a $25 lab service fee to draw, process and send it to the lab.

At home mobile service is a separate private pay fee. We provide mobile laboratory services throughout the Harrison County, MS area and up to a 40 mile radius. Some mobile lab services are not provided at home.
